10,000 square feet in total. Half of the first floor is finished and in use. Construction continues on the rest, run by trades people who have been doing this work for many years.

Keep the finished space running six days a week
Entrepreneurs by day, classes in the afternoon, equipping nights on Tuesday and Thursday. That is happening now, in the half-floor that is done, and it is the proof the rest is worth building.

Ten of them, listed below. This is what the building is being finished for, and what every dollar on this page is aimed at.

This is the unbuilt three quarters, room by room. Not “classrooms” in the abstract — these are the specific spaces a student walks into to learn a trade, and the reason the building has to be finished.

Four of them, and none is small.
- A one-time gift. Goes straight into construction. Call and we will tell you what it buys.
- Monthly support. Steady money lets us commit to the next stage instead of waiting. See membership.
- Materials. If you supply, stock, or have an overage sitting in a yard, tell us what you have.
- Trade labor. Skilled hands on site. This is a construction project, and that is the currency it runs on.

Your gift is tax-deductible.
A.I.M. can issue a letter for any gift, which is what you or your accountant will want at the end of the year. Ask for it when you give, or call us later and we will send it.
If your employer matches charitable giving, ask us before you file the paperwork — matching programs each want the details in their own format, and we would rather get it right the first time than have yours bounce.
